I love to initiate projects and collaborate with people and organisations which aim to have a positive social impact. I partner with community-based and international organisations to support underserved communities, human rights activists and organisational leaders to support their wellbeing, resilience and to cultivate authentic leadership. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and grounded in the recognition of mental and emotional wellbeing as a human right. Learn more about my approach.

ART FOR MENTAL HEALTH

I collaborate with a local association RESCAP'ART to offer group art therapy through workshops and exhibitions at the psychiatric clinic in Dakar, Senegal. We are always looking for new partners to support our work, get in touch!

HEALING THE INVISIBLE

I am passionate about collaborating with organisations who support people on the margins of society, who are largely unseen and unheard. I hold therapeutic workshops, offering a safe space for connection, expression and relaxation. TRANSFORMING ORGANISATIONS

I collaborate with an organisation based in Senegal, Beautiful Soul, which offers coaching, facilitation and training to transform the hearts of individuals and the organisations they work in. INSPIRING WELLBEING

I co-create and collaborate with organisations to create inspiring events around wellbeing. In 2023 I was involved in co-creating an amazing Summit together with an NGO Tostan in collaboration with The Wellbeing Project. I am curious about pivotal moments in people's lives. What makes us feel alive and gives us hope, what demonstrates our strength and resilience. I believe stories have immense power to touch and heal. I would love to hear yours!

SHALA YOGA DAKAR

I co-founded a yoga studio in Dakar in 2012 - 2016, which offered a range of classes, and offered an outreach programme for vulnerable women and girls.
