WELLBEING INSPIRES WELLDOING
In 2023, together with an NGO, Tostan based in Senegal, I was honoured to be part of co-creating the first African Wellbeing Summit Dakar-Thiès 2023, together with The Wellbeing Project, a global initiative designed to catalyse a culture of inner wellbeing amongst social change makers. I led on programme curation and coordination of the Summit, working with colleagues across all areas to support the communications, logistics, participant engagement and design of the event.
We brought together artists and changemakers reflecting African voices, experiences of and approaches to wellbeing, is part of a global movement to catalyse wellbeing at all levels - from the individual, to the collective, the societal and the planetary!
