I collaborate with Beautiful Soul, a organisation in Senegal specialised in coaching, facilitation and training to support positive transformations within organisations from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Clients include UN agencies such as UNICEF and the World Food Programme, USAID, and the Senegalese Ministry for Education. Our work leads to healthier more cohesive work environments and improved staff communication and motivation, to collaborate and serve the people and communities they work with. ​
