I offer Group Exploration sessions for up to 10 people, integrating a diverse range of approaches which can be tailored and adapted to your needs. Contact me for more information! What do I offer? Laugh, cry, sing, shout or dance. Come what may, I offer my presence for you to be real. I work with adults of all genders in-person and online. Using expressive arts, movement and breathwork, I accompany clients to develop a curious and playful attitude as they tap into their inner wisdom and body intelligence, to express emotions and uncover new possibilities for growth, transforming insight into action.
