INSPIRING WELLBEING EVENTS

I co-create and collaborate with organisations to create inspiring events around wellbeing. In 2023, together with an NGO, Tostan based in Senegal, I was honoured to be part of co-creating the first African Wellbeing Summit Dakar-Thiès 2023, together with The Wellbeing Project, a global initiative designed to catalyse a culture of inner wellbeing amongst social change makers. The result? 🌄1 Summit 🌍 20 African countries 🙋‍♂️ 50 Youth representatives 📣 72 Speakers 🤝 180+ Participants Following the first global Summit on Wellbeing for Social Change in 2022, 5 Regional Summits were held in 2023. We brought together artists and changemakers reflecting African voices, experiences of and approaches to wellbeing, is part of a global movement to catalyse wellbeing at all levels - from the individual, to the collective, the societal and the planetary! For this Summit I led on programme curation and coordination working with colleagues across all areas to support the communications, logistics, participant engagement and design of the event.
