Hello, and a warm welcome.

My name is Catherine Elizabeth and I am so happy to connect with you.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself and what One Singing Heart is about.

Growing up I remember wanting to travel to Africa and, however clichéd it sounds, wanting to make a difference, to do something positive in the world. Fast forward some years and here I am in Senegal, West Africa, which I first visited in 2012 has been my home for the last 7 years.

Life has taken me on many paths. Growing up in the cultural and linguistic melting pot at the center of Europe, Luxembourg. Working in the humanitarian sector for 10+ years from a bilingual education project in the mountains of Peru to a child protection initiative in Pakistan. On adventures around Asia as a spiritual seeking nomad. Not to mention those journeys into my inner world!

So what does doing something positive in the world look like for me?

Well, first I believe it starts with kindness as a daily practice.

And then, offering what I can in service of our personal and collective wellbeing.

I believe that when we playfully connect with our essence - what makes our hearts sing - a ripple effect extends out across the threads which connect us all – and the world sings too.

And when the world sings, it reverberates back to each of us. This is where the magic happens. The place where we can positively transform ourselves, our communities and our planet.

We are One Singing Heart.
